Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times vary by location:

• Alberta & neighbouring provinces: 3–7 business days
• Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email to follow your package's journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at anniemartens2007@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
